As soon as we have our reopening date, we will be calling every client who had a

pre-booked appointment from 3/21-present to reschedule in the order of when their appointment originally was. We will then announce when we are able to take new appointments.


* Due to the high volume of phone calls needing to be made, you may receive a call from us other than our Fusion 518-584-3435 number. Please expect a phone call from us within the next week or two.


* When we call to reschedule your appointment, we will have to keep it brief as we have many appointments to reschedule. We will save all of our catching up for when we see you!

We would also like to give a big congratulations to Ashley, who is expecting!

Ashley will be leaving the Fusion team to pursue her career in nursing, and we will miss her very much and wish her all the best! She has recommended stylists for all of her clients as we have all of your formulas saved.





We have made adjustments to our daily routines and operations in order to keep all clients and staff safe while in our salon. We ask that you please be patient with us, as this is as new to us as it is to you!





  • Masks are to be worn at all times by both employees and clients

  • Temperature checks upon entry for both employees and clients

  • Clients must wait in car until a Fusion employee calls you to come into salon

  • Time scheduled in between guests to allow proper sanitation of stations

  • Appointments are to be made during appointment or via phone to decrease time in salon

  • Contact-free credit card check-out

  • Hand sanitizer provided at every stylist station and front desk

  • No additional guests to appointments

  • We are not supplying beverages at this time

  • No magazines will be provided

  • Carry in-carry out policy ~ Any beverages and items you bring with you, you must take with you when you leave

  • All makeup, lotion, and skincare testers will be unavailable for use

  • The following services will be unavailable for the time being: Makeup Application, Eyelash Enhancements, Lip/Chin waxes, Brazilian Waxes

  • $5 Covid charge per client ticket which covers extra expenses for our safety protocols

  • Gratuities ~ We ask that you please give gratuity directly to your stylist (cash only)

  • Please cancel your appointment if you are showing any signs of sickness or have been around anyone showing signs
