- Gently exfoliate the area 1-2 days prior to your appointment.
-Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours prior to the appointment
-Some find Tylenol or Ibuprofen helpful 30 minutes prior
-Do not use a tanning bed or get a spray tan within 24 hours of your wax
-Wear loose-fitting clothing to your appointment
- Wait at least 24 hours before exercising, swimming, sauna, steam rooms, tanning, and intimacy.

- Avoid direct sun, heat, and heavy lotions (can cause irritation).
- If you spray tan, wait at least 24 hours after your wax
- Pre-book your next wax appointment to stay on a proper schedule. 4-5 weeks is ideal.
- Do not shave in between waxes - this can cause ingrown hairs, which can be painful.
